Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Williams of Culpeper recently announced the birth of a daughter, Debra Ruth, on May 19, 1975. Grandparents of the infant are Mr. and Mrs. Andrew R. Williams of Chester Gap and Mr. and Mrs. C.T. Sherrill of Crossville, Tenn. They also have a son Jonathan who is three.□
