NOTICE OF HEARING
“Be it resolved, that the Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors proposes to hold a public hearing on the Erosion and Sediment Control Orduiance at its next regular meeting to be held on Thursday, October 2, 1975, at 10:00 o’clock A.M. at the Rappahannock County Courthouse. Be it further resolved, that a copy of said Ordinance be placed in the Clerk’s Office for public examination, and that the Clerk make due publication of the same in the Rappahannock News on Thursday, September IS, and 26.’’
