November 18, 1975. If after hearings and due consideration, the surcharge revenues are determined to be excessive, the excess amount which has been collected will be refunded with 8 percent interest. If the Commission determines a rate increase is needed, the Commission will then order the surcharge terminated and authorize the Company to increase its rates in the amount found just and reasonable.
A copy of the Company’s application, proposed schedules of rates, and the Commission’s order setting this application for investigation and hearing may be reviewed at the office of the State Corporation Commission, Blanton Building, Richmond, Virginia, or at any office of the Company where bills are paid. The Company has been directed to file with the State Corporation Commission on or before September 15, 1975, the testimony and exhibits of the witnesses it proposes to offer in support of its application. This material may also be reviewed after that date in the office of the Commission or at the office of the Company where bills are paid.
