Capt. Howard Holschuh’s slide show, which was enjoyed in the spring, will be repeated Tuesday, September 28, under the auspices of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Flint Hill fire hall at 8 p.m.
With only a few changes from the previous showing, the views of about 50 cabins, mills, barns and large homes built in the county during the 18th century will be described as before by Mrs. Helen Holschuh.
Holschuh’s camera shows structures and scenes of the county in every season of the year and in many cases closes in to record fine examples of frontier carpenter’s work or stonemason’s skill.
