The Retired Teachers’ Association of Rappahannock presented copies of a book “Education in Virginia, Then and Now,” to all three libraries in the county. Mrs. W. H. Lyne presents Mrs. Lucia Kilby a copy for the local elementary school and Mrs. Georgia Hufsteller for the county library while Miss Elsie Dodson made the presentation to Mrs. W. F. Moffett for the high school.
