PLANNER Newbill Miller called Miss Dahlgren’s job “the best that’s been done yet.’’ He suggested that the assessor pinpoint the number of subdivided lots that have been built on during the next reassessment. “I think it would be very easy for the assessor to do if he understood what we wanted.”
