Amend Regulation R14-1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt quail in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the second Monday in November through February 15, both dates inclusive.

Adopt a new regulation to be numbered R19-4.1 as follows:
No license shall be issued for stationary waterfowl blinds on Morris Creek and the Chickahominy River in Charles City County adjacent to the Chickahominy Wildlife Management Area.
