The Virginia Balance-of-State Prime Sponsor for programs under the Comprehensive Employment Training^Act (CETA) is anticipating adklitional funds to pay wages, fringe benefits, and limited administrative costs for new projects. The Prime Sponsor is accepting proposals from state and local government agencies and private, non-profit organizations that perform a public service for funds to operate new projects. These funds can be used for projects which will provide a needed public service that can be begun and completed with this program. Examples of eligible projects are: beautification, public works, environmental and economic development and human resources. Eligible agencies who would like to apply for funds to operate a project in Planning District 9 or 1C should contact Francis L.
