CHAPTER 24. Trout Fishing.
Adopt a new subsection (c) to Regulation R24-3 to read as follows:
There shall be a continuous open season for taking trout in any stream which the Commission has authorized to be operated as a trout fishing preserve without creel or hour restrictions. Such authorization will be given by the Commission only when such stream is stocked with trout at the owner’s expense in an annual quantity approved by the Commission subsequent to the owner’s application for tentative approval. Such preserves shall be deemed to be within the purview of SS 29-78 of the Code of Virginia and shall not be exempt from license requirements.
