Amend Regulation R8-8 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise specifically provided by local legislation and by R8-9, it shall be lawful to trap foxes from November 15 through January 31, both dates inclusive.

Article 3.1. Bag Limit.
R8-10.1. The season bag limit for foxes shall be fifteen foxes in the aggregate, taken by hunting and trapping combined.
CHAPTER 9. Grouse.
Amend Regulation R9-1 to read as follows:
It shall be lawful to hunt grouse from the second Monday in November through January 15, both dates inclusive.
Amend Regulation R9-3 to read as follows:
The bag limit for hunting grouse shall be two a day and ten a license year.
