Amend Regulation R8-2 to read as follows:
Except as otherwise provided by local legislation and with the specific exceptions provided in the regulations appearing in this chapter, it shall be lawful to hunt foxes with guns from November 15 through January 31, both elites inclusive.
Regulation R8-3, prescribing season for hunting foxes with guns in certain counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hereby rescinded.
Regulation R8-4, prescribing continuous open season for bunting foxes with gists in certain counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, is hereby rescinded.
