Rappahannock resident Richard Lykes. a freelance photographer for the Rappahannock News, took the stunning landscape photograph of Rappahannock County on the cover of this year's guide. It was taken on Kogg Mountain looking towards the Blue Ridge Mountains and The Peak. ’
