The Board of Trustees has solved the difficult question of securing a site for the new Carnegie Library in a way that iB very economical and should be entirely satisfactory. The location is the northwest corner of the park where the surroundirgs will always be pleasant and where a nice new building will add to the good appearance of the park. A resolution was passed last week by unanimous vote of the County Board granting the Library Board the right to erect the building and tbe site has been approved by Mr. Carnegie.
