S. Army Hospital and between Range Road and Thirtieth Street is expected to get underway early in March. The new pre-fabricated house will all be standard PHA three hedr >om units with a living room kitchenette and bath, believed adequate to accommodate service men with from two to four chil dren. All contract arrangements will be handled by the Public Housing Administration in Richmond, the Camp Pickett spokesman said, and upon completion of the project the PHA will maintain and lease the houses The new h uses should be ready for occupancy in August or Sep tember. Monthly rental for similar three-bedroom houses now being used at Cain]) Pickett is $51. but it is not known at this time if (lie itrw houses will be leased for .the same amount.
