The Living Endowment was $10,889.48 at the close of the year. The Building Fund balance at the clase of the year was $43. 859.69. which included $21,000 in bank borrowings. W. C. Fitzpatrick, reporting for Dr. D. S. Lancaster, chairman of the Building committee, reported that $60,000 is owed to the con tractor for enlargement projects. He noted that if all pledges are paid, including those of $17,000 made by municipalities, the re maining balance can be discharg ed. including the $21,000 in bank notes. He expressed the view the enlargement will be completed with no encumbrances on the hos pital building. Treasurer Newbill noted that enlargement expenses to date totaled $625.824 47. Toward this, the hospital managers have re reived $335.083 65 from state and federal aid programs. Auxiliary Report Miss Anna Dickholf. retiring Auxiliary president, reported that members had contributed 200 hours of Sunday receptionist serv ice: provided $340 for upkeep of 1 the grounds, and $700 for linens. The Barnett unit presented a $450 heated food tray. In all. assist ance provided by the women's ■croup was lightly in excess of $1,500. Miss Dickhoff said. This was in addition to mending and making of about 200 new pieces of linen goods. J. Burryp Wall served as tempo rary chairman for the annual membership meeting.
