Norfolk Student to Murry K. C. Hudgins Mr. and Mrs T. E Russell, of Norfolk, announce the engage ment of their daughter, Joan, to Kenneth G. Hudgins, the son of Mrs. D. E. Sexton, of Sanford. N C and tlie late Ashby Hudgins. Miss Russell will graduate from Norview High School in June Mr. Hudgins, a 1954 graduate of Faramlle High School, is in the U S. Navy. A spring wedding is planned.
