He died April 2 at a Richmond hos pital. v Mr. Haley was an engineer with the State Highway Department, a veteran of World War I and an alumnus of Virginia Military In stitute. He is survived by the widow, \ Mrs. Eleanor Woodward Haley; two sons, Allen W. Haley, of Charleston W Va.. and William A. Hal y, ill. of LaGrange, 111 ; a brother. C. C Haley, of Char lottesville: two sisters. Mrs. E. Ross Wilson, oi Radnor, Pa., and Mrs. William Arendall of Wichita. Kan., and eight grandchildren.
