A new Highway Post Office HPO sen ice between Richmond and Lynchburg will begin April 15, Hub ert Jonc-s. Buckingham postmaste and Allen P. Maxey, Dillwyn post master, revealed recently The new HPO will replace tie mail service formerly provided by the Richmond and Clifton Forge Rail Post Office that operated on trains Iff and 2!) of the C. and O. railroad. A special inaugural trip will be made on April 13. The schedule on the inaugural trip will bo different from the regular run which will start on April 15. The Buckingham county postma - ters report that special postmarking ' First Day Covers” will be avail able on the inaugural run for the benefit of those interested in col lecting postal marks and stamp Information on the inaugural run can be obtained groin the local post masters. The HPO will arrive at Dillwyn at about 2:45 Saturday and at Buck ingham C. H. at 3 pm. Saturday for the inaugural run
