At a 4-H County Contest on ■Saturday, winners were chosen to enter the area contest:
Betty Rutherford in food preparation ;
Lelia Centry in home improvement ;
Mary Lee Campbell in canning.
Girls winning county medals were: style dress revue, Maybelle Williams; food preparation, Evelyn Miller; dairy food, Lelia Gentry; canning, Mary Lee Gentry.
To enter the county contest, each girl gave a demonstration on her project and submitted all records of tiie project.
Ribbons were given to the following girls:
Food preparation: Betty Rutherford, blue; Evelyn Miller, red; Paula Miller, yellow; Sarah Flythe, yellow.
Dairy foods: Lelia Gentry, blue.
Canning: Lelia Gentry, blue; Mary Lee Campbell, blue; Etta Campbell, yellow.
Home Improvement: Lelia Gentry, blue.
Clothing Achievement; Eleanor Atkins, .yellow; Carolyn Williams, yell6w; Margeruite Williams, yellow.
