The members of the Estes H. D. club met Monday, November 26 at 9:00 a.m. to have a club breakfast. They had decided in October to meet in the morning when they knew the demonstration was on “Importance of a Good Breakfast". The hostess for the day was Mrs. Earl Gore. .
Castleton H.D. club met with Mrs. W. B. Dennis, Tuesday, November 27. During the business meeting these officers were appointed :
Youth goal leader: Miss Elsie Courtney.
Home grounds leaders: Mrs. Mamie Leake and Mrs. Ruth Raub.
Crafts: Mrs. Carolyn Jarvis.
House furnishing: Ruby Cannon and Mrs. W. B. Dennis.
Program development leader: Mrs. Clarence Scott.
The demonstration given was on “Oven Meals”.
Gid Brown H.D. group met with Mrs. Archie Baily, November 30 to clean and restyle hats. A total of six hats were rejuvenated which brings county total up to 107 hats.
