George Taylor was a dinner guest Friday evening of Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Wood. Mr. Taylor is leaving today for Gallatin, Mo., to return with Mrs. Taylor and their son, John Lee Taylor, who have been visiting Mrs. Taylor’s mother, Mrs. J. W. McClaskey.
Lacy Fincham, who works in Baltimore, spent the week end with his family at the home of Mrs. Virginia Jenkins at Woodville. v
JOINT BRIDGE PARTY
Mrs. W. H. Lyne and Mrs. I. R. Kilby entertained jointly with a dessert bridge party at the home of Mrs. Lyne on Thursday evening with five tables arranged for the game. Those playing were Mrs. Louise Price, Mrs. D. D. Miller, Mrs. E. M. Jones, Mrs. Lewis Turner, Misjp Louise O’Bannon, Mrs. Carroll Menefee, Mrs. Luther Eastham, Mrs. Harriette Broy, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, Mrs. Charles Estes, Mrs. John P. Snead, Mrs. Fred Schaefer, Mrs. R. G. Quaintance, Mrs. John Davis, Mrs. C. H. H. Branch, Mrs. C. E. Johnson, Mrs. H. B. Winfrey, Mrs. R. E. Wood, and Mrs. P.
