BANQUET POSTPONED
The 100-Bushel Corn Club banquet, which was to have been held Tuesday evening at the Fire House, Washington, was postponed because of the weather. Tentative plans are being made for January 21.

The bride has been associated1 in business with her brother, Gibson Whorton, at Hampton Inn since her graduation from Washington High School.
Mr. Groves, graduate of Bealeton High School in Fauquier county, is associated with his father in the dairy business.
After January 1, Mr. and Mrs. Groves will be at home at Bealetop.
