Plan For A Safe
Don't turn the Christmas holidays into an anniversary of sadness. Now that snort of us axe in the process of planning gala holiday activities, we should also plan a safe Christmas.
Do not use a Christmas tree that is too dry. It’s better to keep the tree out doors in the cold until just before Christmas. Heat dries a tree quickly, making it highly inflammable. The tree can be kept fresh in the house if it is placed in a< holder containing water. Making a fresh cut across the base of the tree on a slant helps it to absorb more water. Take the tree out of the house when the needles begin to drop. Electric lights used for decoration should be carefully checked for loose connections, short circuits, and frayed cords, exposing bare wires.
