I am wondering how yon approach her when you go to get her. If you approach her aa if ahe hat done something wrong and you get hoM of her hand and begin to yank her along, it ie not surprising that she should try to pull away and create mere or less of a •oene that, aa you say, usually ends in a spanking. Your very attitude, you see, creates a fading of antagonism on her part; even a three-year-old doesn't want to be bossed around.
