4-H group met Tuesday, with Elsie Mae Jenkins reading the devotionals. A play written by Evelyn Miller was decided to be a means of making money. Jr- 4-H met Tuesday with Charlotte Keatts reading the 23rd Psalm to open the meeting. A 4-H exhibit was made at Lla’s Store during National 4-H club week. New members to join the club were Jonas Elkins and Earlene Clatterbuck and Rita Mae Pullen. Miss Corrie Scroggins helped the girls with the making of gathered skirts.
