Mr. D. Lyle MUler
The county lost a citizen Thursday, in the death of Mr, D. Lyle Miller, who represented a unique form of the best in the courtty. With the courtliness of a past era and the sharp mind of the present-day business man, Mr. Miller was a composite no community can afford to lose, for his kind is all too rare.
The editor feels keenly the loss of a friend. We agreed and disagreed. We argued and teased. A conversation with Mr. D. Lyle was a pleasant and stimulating occupation, and the editor of Rappahannock News considers that the privilege of counting Mr. Miller as a friend is one of the highlights of being in Rappahannock county.
