Pursuant to a resolution duly adopted by the Democratic Congressional Committee of the Seventh Congressional District of Virginia j at a duly called meeting held in the Town of Front Royal, in the County of Warren, Virginia, on Saturday, March 15, 1952, notice is i hereby given that a convention of the Democratic Party for the Sev- f enth Congressional District of Virginia will be held at 12 o’clock noon on Saturday, the third day of May, 1952, at Harrisonburg High School in the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia, consisting of delegates and alternates to be elected from each of the 14 Counties and 5 Cities in the manner provided by the Plan of Organization of the Democratic | Party of the State of Virginia on the basis of representation of one (1) delegate for each seventy-five (75) votes, or major fraction therof,
date for Governor in the General Election held on the eighth day of November, 1949.
