gesta that garnish plate <of baked beans with tulips The tulips in reality are deviled eggs. To make tulips cut the eggs in half (rather than lengthwise) with a scalloped edge. Remove the yolk and mash. Add dry mustard, salt, pepper, vinegar, and little mayonnaise to taste. Put back into the egg white from which the tip has been removed so it will sit up. Set the egg on bed of green such as spinach, water cress or endive. If colored tulips are desired, peel the egga and color the whites in food coloring.
Another suggestion for making Easter special is the making of your favorite cake recipe and coat it with white icing. Trim with colored Jelly Beans and chocolate rabbits. SCHEDULE FOR NEXT WEEK

SHERIFF CRITZER HURT BY FALLING TREE
Sheiiff J. W. Critzer, who received several cuts about the face and three or four broken ribs on Thursday, is improving. Mr. Critzer, with his son, Wallace, were in the woods cruising some timber, when a tree fell and knocked him unconscious and injured him severely. He: was rushed to tha Front Royal Hospital where he was treated and returned home on Friday afternoon.
