The object of the above entitled , cause is to partition by one ot the modes provided by law, among the heirs at law and distributees of John Pendleton Williams, deceased, that certain tract or parcel oc land situate - in Jackson Magisterial District of Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing 35 acres, more or less, improved by a four room frame dwelling, of which the said John Pendleton Williams, died seized an<j^ possessed, and to ascertain whether or not there a*e any other heirs at ’aw of the said John Pendleton Williams, deceased, who have not previously conveyed their interest in the said land -to the complainants, except Shirley Williams, Hilary Grigsby, Lou Jackson Williams and Willie Williams; apd who, if any, are the creditors or lien holders of the estate of the said John Pendleton Williams; and an affidavit having been made and filed that the respondents, Shirley Williams, Hilary Grigsby, Lou Jackson Williams and Willie Williams, are not residents of the state of Virginia and that the last known post office addresses are as follows:
Hilary Grigsby, Saratoga, New York
Willie Williams, Monessen, Pennsylvania
Lou Jackson Williams, 233 First Street, Braddock, Pa.
Shirley Williams, Fredericksburg, Virginia and that there may be other persons who are interested in the subject to be divided and disposed of whose names are unknown and who are made parties defendant to this proceeding in the general description of parties unknown.
It is, therefore, ordered that the said Shirley W'illiams, Hilary Grigsby, Lou Jackson Williams and Willie Williams, if they be living;, PLtbm and distributees if they
arid any and all other persons, if any there be, who are interested in the subject matter of this suit, whose names are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of parties unknown, and the creditors and lien holders, if any there be, of the estate of the said John Pendleton Williams, deceased, do appear in the Clerk's Office of this Court, within 10 days after date of publication of this order and do what may be necessary to protect their interest in this suit. ...._; ...
