ENTERTAINS BRIDGE CLUB
Mrs. Philip Lee Thornton entertained Ijie bridge* club and additional guests Thursday evening at her home in Spetryvitle. Those playing were Mrs. George L. Taylor, Mrs. Fred Schaeffer, Mrs. Ann K. Menefee, Mrs. John P. Snead, Mrs. Mary B. Quaintance, Mrs. Brown Miller, Mr. and Mrs. H. B Winfrey, Mrs. John Davis, Mrs. Holmes Hall, Mrs* C. Menefee, Mrs. Corrie Eastham, Mrs. R. E- Wood, Mrs. Z. H. Sealock, and Mrs Charles H. Estes.
High prize for club members was won by Mrs. Quaintance; travelling prize, by Mrs. Snead, and the two low score prizes went to Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Eastham. At the conclusion of the games the hostess served a salad course to her guests.
