Mr. and Mrs. John Marshal] Barbour announce the engagement of their daughter, Joan to Edward H. Bailey, Jr., both of Washington. Miss Barbour is a graduate of the Carver Regional High School, Rapidan and has two years at the Tudors Business School in Washington, D. C. She is now employed by the Government and lives in Washington. Mr. Bailey attended the Carver Regional School and is in business with his father. No date has been set for the wedding, but it will take place in the near future.
