, Janies A. Estes and his daughter Miss Anna Belle Estes entertained at dinner Sunday when their guests included Rev. Aubrey Hughes, Superintendent of Charlottesville District; Rev. and Mrs. Norman Flythe and their three children, Mrs. J. R. Devers, Margaret Ann and Buddy Devers, Mrs. A. L. Swindler and their, son, Bill and Mrs. Virginia M. Lewis.
Week-end guests of Mrs. O.B. Swindler , were her son, Russell B. Swindler, his son and daughter, Bob and Linda, and Miss Barbara Swindler of Brentwood.
2nd Lt. Charles H. Harrison of Woodville, who has been ill on a visit to his parents, left April 4, for Fort Lawton, Washington. Lt. Harrison will be at Fort Lawton for a brief period. From there ihe will be sent to Japan for a tour of duty in the Far East Command.
