133 ACRES OF LAND NEAR AMISSVILLE _ IN RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA % Acting under and by virtue of the authority vested in me by decree of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, entered on the 10th day of March, 1052, in the pending chancery cguse of Beulah Rodgers vs. Robert L. Rodgers et al, 1 will proceed to sell at public auction, on
Wednesday, April 16,1952 at eleven o’clock, A. M. at the front door of the Court House of Rappahannock County at Washington, Virginia, the real estate containing approximately one hundred and thirty-three (133) acres, this, however, being a sale in the gross and not by the acre, located near Amissville in Rappahannock County, Virginia, of which R. S. Farish died seized sund possessed and which had been owned by him fluid his faniily for many yeau*s. There is some good growing timber on this property. TERMS OF SALE: One-third in cash, and the balance due payable in one and two years* in equal installments, with interest at 6% payable semi-annually, which deferred payments jure to be secured by retention of legal title of the property sold, or secured by deed of trust executed by the purchaser or purchasers creating first lien on the property sold, which trust and the recording of scune shall be at the expense of the purchaser or purchasers; or the purchaser at his option to pay all cash. A deposit of 10% of the bid price will be required of the purchaser at the time of sale, but said deposit will be be considered as a part of the cash payment set forth above.
