Cornelius Smith was helping with hay on his sister’s farm last week, w-hen the horses ran away and threw him off the wagon. Mr. Smith was taken to Newtj.i F,. Baker Hospital, Martinsburg, Y\e?l. Virginia,. whe;e X-rays shewed sevir.il ril/t hr-ken and cracked. The extent of his arm injury has not been determined. His sisters, Mrs. Carroll Menefee and Mrs. Corrie Eastham went to see Mr. Smith Wednesday.
