PROPOSED CO-OP HOSPITAL WILL BE DISCUSSED
In the Rappahannock County High School auditorium on August 27 at 8 o’clock, John L. Bruner will speak on plans for the proposed cooperative hospital for the aged and chronically ill. Mr. Bruner is chief of the Hospitalization and Homes for Adults State Department of Welfare and Institutions.
County Schools Begin Sept 3
The 1953-54 school session for Warren and Rappahannock Counties will begin cm Monday, August 31. In Rappahannock County, the teachers will assemble for work in the schools on that day, and in Warren County, the teachers will report for duty on the following day, Tuesday, September 1. The principals of all schools and teachers of one-room schools will meet at the Warren County Court House for preliminary planning on Mbnday, August 31, at 1:30 p.m.
