This land will be offered for sale as containing two separate parcels. First, the “Coates” tract containing 130 acres, more or less, and being in Culpeper, County, Virginia, will be cried off. Next, the residue of the land, containing 203 . acres, more or less, and being in Rappahannock County, Virginia, will be offered for sale; and then bids will be accepted for the entire amount of Mind, containing 333 acres, more or less, and the land will be sold in the manner for which the highest price is realized. This sale is subject to all easements of record against said land and is a sale in gross and not by the acre. TERMS: Cash. A deposit of 10% if the sale price will be required of the purcnaser, as and when the property ii cried off..
