Elder and Mrs. J. Harvey Daily attended services at the Union meeting at Upperville on Saturday morning and in the afternoon at 2:30 p.m. Elder Daily conducted funeral services for Mrs. Cora Carpenter at —Robinson River church in Madison county. Elder Daily 'held services on Saturday night and attended an allday meeting on Sunday at Enon Baptist church at Largent, W. Va. On Saturday Elder and Mrs. Daily were overnight guests of Mr. and Mrs. Dellmer Largent, and on Sunday they were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Rayton and Mr. and Mrs. Sting at Great Capon, W. Va. Later returning to their home here. Rudolph Singleton of Fayettesville, N. C. was a guest for the week end of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. J. Singleton.
