Quinn, executive director of the Commission of Game and Inland Fisheries, has sent a letter to game wardens of the state informing them ‘that it is the fixed policy of the Comcission Jhat they receive no money * from any person or source for the purchase of hunting, fishing or trapping licenses. The bond covering the enforcement staff of the Commission does not include the handling of any person's money. The Commission, Quinn stated, expects every member of the staff to conform to this policy.
