All that certain lot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in Piedmont Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and being known as “Jacob Woodard home tract” which lies between the present Lee Highway and the old Warrenton, Sperryville, and New Market Turnpike, and bounded by said Lee Highway, said old turnpike, and the lands now or formerly owned by J. Will Atkins. Said tract contains one half acre, more or less.
