All that certain tract or parcel of land acquired by Solon Atkins, containing by estimation 2.75 acres, more or less, and having a dwelling house thereon and several outbuildings, acquired by deed from Lewis Morton, being the old “Barbara Cheek Place”. The land lies about 2 miles West of Sperryville, Virginia, and being on the North &ide of U. S. Route 211.
The sale will be in gross and not by the acre and is subject to any visible easements or rights of way or those of record.
The Teal estate or any part thereof may be inspected err viewed by any interested persons on or before the date of the sale.
