REAL ESTATE TRACT NO. 1: All that tract or parcel of land containing by estimation 34.14 acres, more or less, located in “Gid Brown Hollow” in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and known as the “Texanna Clatterbuck Land.” TRACT NO. 2: All that tract or parcel of land containiife 25/100 of an acre, more or less, known as the “John E. Clatterbuck Lot and Dwelling House” located in the “Gdd Brown Hollow” in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, presently occupied as a dwelling by Mrs. S. J. Clatterbuck.
