Charles R. Brown, of V.P.I., spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Maury W. Brown.

James Atkins was in Charlottesville, Saturday, for a check up. Rev. A. Paul Thompson and Mrs. Atkins made the trip with him.

Mrs. Jesse Clater and Mrs. Harry Smith took Danny Clater to Front Royal, Monday afternoon for a check up and his condition is satisfactory. . Mrs. F. D. Coffey, Jr. is visiting Mr. and Mrs. Charles Corder of Huntly.

Recent supper guests of Mr. and Mrs. Lee Swindler were Miss Joan Brown, Miss Barbara Black,, Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Devers, and children, Margaret Ann and, Buddy, Mrs. Russell Swindler and daughter, Linda of Cottage City, Maryland, Miss Anna Belle Estes, Bob Estes and Roy Swndler.

Mrs. Alice Moyer and son, Walter of Baltimore visited her sister, Mrs. O. B. Swindler, recently. -—Charles

F. Estes left Monday for California after spending a month with his brother, James A. Estes. —
