$159 In Responses To TB Drive Call
From all over *the county, Christmas Seal dollars are being mailed in to_district chairmen as the 1954 TB drive moves to second gear in Rappahannock, after totaling $159.50 in its first week officially open.
Hampton District leads in Contributions with $44.00. Piedmont is second, with $39.00 and the other districts have contributed as follows: Wakefield, $21.50; Jackson, $19.50; Hawthorne, $20.50; and Stonewall, $15.00. 'You are asked to send in your contribution as soon as possible. Contact your district chairmen for any additional information. Mrs. Havanna Jeffries was omitted from last week’s list of district chairmen. Mrs. Jeffries is acting as the colored chairman for the county.
