vyuLoianumg nas uctu tut growth of result demonstrations. There are 42 families improving kitchens and bath, living room, house remodeling and home grounds. Results show that because of these demonstrations, 19 are improving their home. Improvements include walls, floors, sanded, upholstering and tieing springs, slip covers and 3 remodeling home and installing water. 23 have improved the appearance of the home grounds by improving the entrance, walks and driveways, planting of shrubs and perenials for continous bloom.

Interesting accomplishments of H. D. work this year has been in federation goal “citizenship.”

Seventeen ladies and one man went on county-wide trip to Wil, liamsburg.

Thirty-one ladies attended District Meeting in Culpeper andgave pantomime of “Court Room Scene.”

AmisSville ladies served 46 persona at luncheon at which Mrs. Jo Liskey Dobbins talked on trip to Chile as IFYE student.

Nine community 4-H clubs and 9 additional project groups were organized with a total of 131 girls enrolled carrying a total of 207 4-H projects and completing 176 of those projects.

During the year 19 adult leaders and 15 junior leaders were trained to give demonstrations and gave- a total of 47 talks and Sn H.D. Agent — Page 5
