This i» to certify that an information has this day been filed in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, by Willianl F. Moffett, the Attorney tfor the Commonwealth of said County, under the style of COMMONWEALTH vs. CHEVROLET SEDAN AUTOMOBILE, Motor No. JAM-48187, as required by Section 4-56 of the Code of Virginia as amended.
The object of said information is to have said automobile condemned as having been illegally used in the transportation of alcoholic beverages on the 6th day of March, 1955, in the County of Rappahannock, and sold, and the proceeds thereof disposed of according to law.
THEREFORE, Peter Carter of ‘Warrenton, Virginia, the alleged owner of said automobile* and General Motors Acceptance Corporation of Washington, D. C., holder of a . lien on said automobile, qpd all other persons concerned are hereby cited to appear before the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia on the 3th day of May, 1955 at 10:00 | AjM., to show cause, if any they can, why the prayer of the information for the condemnation and sale of said automobile should not be srranted.
