Latham declined to vote. G. Brown Miller and other interested parties appeared before the Board in regard to a certain road located near PeoU Mills. They requested that certain improvements be made on this section. The clerk was directed to notify Resident Engineer of Rappahannock County, P. D. Coldiron, to consult with Mr. Miller and the interested persons, regarding their request.' - The Board of Supervisors also upheld the payment for a colt, owned by D. A. Jacobs, which died as a result of dogs running on his; property, and for ’' numerous chickens killed by a dog. The acceptance of a section of road, into the secondary system as presented in the last meeting, by Robert Thompson, was approved.
