HERBERT PAYNE
The community was grieved to hear of the death of Herbert Payne, who died from a heart attack Saturday night.
Mr. Payne was bom and reared at Amissville. He left home to go to work in Washington, D. C, , and later married Miss Hall. He is survived by his wife and two brothers. Those from Amissville who attended the funeral Monday afternoon in Washington, D. C. were Mrs. Richie Colvin and Mrs. Bernard Weaver. > •. - ■ - ■
John F. Weakley
John Floyd Weakley, retired farmer of Viewtown, died at his residence Monday, May 16, following a brief illness.
Mr. Weakley, 72 years of age, • was the son of die late Joseph Benjamin Weakley and his wife, Mrs. Mary Dodson Weakley of Rappahannock County.
He is survived by his'Wife, Mrs. Bertha Dodson Weakley of Viewtown ; five daughters, Mrs. Mabel Williams of Viewtown, Mrs. Eouis Mitchell of Culpeper, Mrs. Arthur Laignel, Mrs. Warren Smith of Washington, D.
