Sgt. John G. Williams, son of Mr, and ‘Mrs. Horace G. Williams, Sr., who has served two years in Korea, has returned home and will get his discharge soon.
The callers in the home of Mrs. A. F. Williams on Sunday afternoon were Sgt. John G. Williams, Horace G. Williams, Jr., Miss Margaurite Coton of Washington, Di C., Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Thompson and family of Bayard, Mrs. Mary Cameron of Hume, Mrs. Lucy Brown and two children of Baltimore, Md., Mr. and' Mrs. Isaiah Burke and family of Berryville, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Scott and daughter, Joan, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Scott and baby, Mrs. Eulice Scott of Castleton.
Mrs. A. F. Williams, who fell several months ago and fractured Jier hip, continues about the same.
Airman Second Class Gordon Douglas Thompson, who has been stationed in Bilinex, Mississippi, has been transferred to N. C. and is home on a ten-day leave.
Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Thompson and family of Bayard were visitors Sunday of relatives in and around( Huntly.
