The Alexandria Black Sox will visit the Washington Monarchs this Sunday, June 5 at Pine Knot Inn Ball Diamond. Admission will bp 25c and 50c. The Monarchs have played excellent ball this season, chaulking up 9 victories against only 1 Ices. The Memorial Day game against Luray saw the Monarchs winning a 7-6 victory over their opponents. They were winning 3-0 over Madison in Sunday’s game when rain halted the game. All the fans ate urged to come out this Sunday and support then- team.
