Burglary Charges
Pete Atkins and Earl Dodson were tried and found guilty on three counts of breaking and entering, by the Grand Jury in session Friday during the November' term of the Circuit Court. The Honorable Rayner V. Snead, of Washington, was the presiding judge.
“Pete Atkins, having violated his parole on a forgery conviction, said probation is revoked by the court and the defendant is remanded to jail.”
